With locations in Los Angeles, Downey and San Diego, the firm’s goal is to add offices in top markets across the country. Most offices will consist of one to two people, with opportunities for telecommuting for real estate advisors. The firm offers competitive compensation packages and uses advanced technologies to minimize costs, gain efficiencies and enhance productivity.
Analysts should possess a minimum of 10 years real estate advisory experience covering a broad range of services. Twenty-plus years of experience is preferred. Designations (MAI, CFA, FRICS, CRE, CCIM, IRWA, etc.) are preferred. Previous experience as a self-employed consultant is beneficial.
